Any images uploaded to SprintShots by a photographer whilst covering a race event are done so under the understanding that no individual has a reasonable expectation to privacy whilst in a public place. This being said, and although not legally required, SprintShots is willing to remove any photograph on the website containing your image on request, within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 72 hours on a best effort basis).
