How soon are photos available from my event?
Photos are typically available on the evening of the event. Depending on the size of the event and number of participants, processing times can vary so be sure to check back regularly for updates.

I don't want my photo(s) online - how do I get them removed?
We understand in certain situations you may be uncomfortable with images containing you being available online. Whilst no legal obligation exists, we will always respect requests for removal of photo(s).

To request removal of a photo or photos, please send an email to hello@sprintshots.com with subject "REMOVAL". Please include your bib number, and if possible in order to verify your request, please attach a screenshot of your registration email for the event, or a photo of your own bib from the event. We will action your request as soon as possible and confirm by reply once completed.
